§ 11-202. Rights of victims of delinquent acts

(a) In this section, “victim” has the meaning stated in § 3-8A-01 of the Courts Article.
Victim rights provided under Courts Article
(b) A victim of a delinquent act has the rights provided under Title 3, Subtitle 8A of the Courts Article.
