(1) Extended coverage may not be permitted of any proceeding:

(4) Consent of the parties is not required for extended coverage of a proceeding in the Supreme Court or the Appellate Court, but any party may, at any time, move to terminate or limit extended coverage.

(1) Before commencement of the proceeding, the presiding judge shall deny a request for extended coverage or grant it, with such conditions or limitations the judge finds appropriate.

(2) If the request is granted, the presiding judge shall promptly notify the Local Administrative Judge, who shall make arrangements to accommodate entry into and presence in the court facility of the necessary equipment and the individuals designated to operate the equipment.
