§ 2-1513. Delivery by Secretary of State
Laws
(a) The Secretary of State shall deliver to the clerk of the Supreme Court of Maryland each bill that becomes law.
Vetoed bills
(b) With respect to bills that the Governor vetoes, the Secretary of State shall deliver:
(1) to the house of origin, each bill that the Maryland Constitution requires to be returned to that house; and
(2) to the State Archives, every other bill.
