§ 14-1101. Definitions
Currentness
In general
(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
Council
(b) “Council” means the Maryland Food System Resiliency Council.
Food council organization
(c) “Food council organization” means a local food council organization that is established in the State.
Secretary
(d) “Secretary” means the Secretary of Emergency Management.
