§ 9-1905. Signage prohibiting liquor sales
To be posted on premises of license holder not authorized to sell liquor
(a) An establishment licensed for the sale of beer or of beer and wine shall post at least four conspicuous notices on the licensed premises, including a building, a parking lot, a terrace, or grounds that are an integral part of the licensed premises, stating “Unlawful to drink or display liquor on these premises.”.
Penalty
(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 2 years or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.
