§ 9-101. Definitions
Currentness
In general
(a) In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.
Department
(b) “Department” means the Department of Juvenile Services.
Secretary
(c) “Secretary” means the Secretary of Juvenile Services.
State Advisory Board
(d) “State Advisory Board” means the State Advisory Board for Juvenile Services.
