§ 17-6A-07. Election of chair and vice chair
Currentness
In general
(a) From among its members, the Committee annually shall elect a chair and a vice chair.
Manner of election and duties of officers
(b) The Committee shall determine:
(1) The manner of election of officers; and
(2) The duties of each officer.
