§ 6-203. Officers
Currentness
In general
(a) From among its members, the Board annually shall elect a chair, vice chair, and secretary-treasurer.
Elections, duties
(b) The Board shall determine:
(1) The manner of election of the officers; and
(2) The duties of each officer.
