§ 6-102. Board of Revenue Estimates
Currentness
In general
(a) There is a Board of Revenue Estimates.
Composition
(b) The Board consists of the following 3 ex officio members:
(1) the Comptroller;
(2) the Treasurer; and
(3) the Secretary of Budget and Management.
Deputy treasurer
(c) The Treasurer may appoint, as the Treasurer's designee, a deputy treasurer to serve on the Board.
Chief as executive secretary
(d) The Chief is the executive secretary of the Board.
