Local Admiralty Rule (D): Possessory, Petitory, and Partition Actions
LAR (d) Return Date. In an action under Supplemental Rule D, a judicial officer may order that the statement of interest and answer be filed on a date earlier than twenty-one (21) days after arrest. The order may also set a date for expedited hearing of the action.
