§ 8-708. Seventh congressional district
Parts of Baltimore City
(a) The seventh congressional district consists of the following parts of Baltimore City:
(1) wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 28;
(2) ward 13, precincts 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11;
(3) ward 27, precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 48, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, and 67;
(4) that part of ward 13, precinct 3 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 1306.00, blocks 1007, 1023, 4004, 4005, and 4007 through 4009;
(ii) census tract 1308.04, blocks 2007 through 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2017 through 2022; and
(iii) census tract 1308.06, block 1021;
(5) that part of ward 13, precinct 5 that consists of census tract 1308.06, blocks 1002 through 1009, 1013 through 1020, 1025, and 1026;
(6) that part of ward 13, precinct 12 that consists of census tract 1306.00, blocks 3000, 3001, and 4006;
(7) that part of ward 13, precinct 13 that consists of census tract 1306.00, block 2000;
(8) that part of ward 27, precinct 38 that consists of census tract 2711.01, blocks 1000 through 1005, 2002, and 3000 through 3013;
(9) that part of ward 27, precinct 39 that consists of census tract 2712.00, blocks 3009 through 3011 and 3014 through 3020; and
(10) that part of ward 27, precinct 46 that consists of census tract 2711.02, blocks 1012, 1024, 1025, and 1031.
Parts of Baltimore County
(b) The district also includes the following parts of Baltimore County:
(1) election districts 12 and 13;
(2) election district 1, precincts 1, 5 through 8, 15, and 16;
(3) election district 2, precincts 1, 2, 4 through 7, 9, 10, 23, 28, and 31;
(4) election district 3, precincts 1, 3, and 4;
(5) election district 15, precincts 20 through 22;
(6) that part of election district 1, precinct 2 that consists of census tract 4015.07, blocks 1000 through 1002 and 1012;
(7) that part of election district 1, precinct 9 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 4008.00, blocks 1000 through 1025 and 2000 through 2016; and
(ii) census tract 4010.00, blocks 1000, 1001, 1006 through 1009, and 1012 through 1014;
(8) that part of election district 1, precinct 10 that consists of census tract 4010.00, blocks 1002 and 1011;
(9) that part of election district 1, precinct 14 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 4004.00, blocks 2007 through 2014 and 5007 through 5009; and
(ii) census tract 4925.00, blocks 1000 through 1007;
(10) that part of election district 2, precinct 3 that consists of census tract 4024.07, blocks 1000 through 1003, 1005, 1006, 1009, 1011, and 1012;
(11) that part of election district 2, precinct 8 that consists of census tract 4023.05, blocks 1000 and 1001;
(12) that part of election district 14, precinct 8 that consists of census tract 4410.00, blocks 2001 through 2007, 2009 through 2013, and 2015 through 2025;
(13) that part of election district 14, precinct 11 that consists of census tract 4411.02, blocks 4000 through 4018;
(14) that part of election district 15, precinct 1 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 4523.00, blocks 1000 through 1021 and 2001 through 2040; and
(ii) census tract 4524.00, blocks 1016 through 1025, 1049, and 1050; and
(15) that part of election district 15, precinct 2 that consists of census tract 4501.00, blocks 2002 through 2008, 2013 through 2021, and 2028 through 2030.
