§ 7-304. Staff; compensation

§ 7-304. Staff; compensation

(a)(1) The Department shall provide staff for the Commission.
(2) An individual from the Department shall serve as executive director of the Commission.
Compensation
(b) A member of the Commission:
(1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Commission; but
(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations,1 as provided in the State budget.
