RULE 19-209. NOTICE OF BAR EXAMINATION GRADES AND REVIEW PROCEDURE
(a) Notice of Grades; Alteration. Subject to Rule 19-203(e), the Board shall transmit written notice of examination results to each applicant who took the UBE in Maryland. The Board shall determine the form and method of delivery of the notice of results. Applicants, whether successful or unsuccessful, shall be given their grades in the detail the Board considers appropriate. Thereafter, the Board may not alter any applicant's grades except when necessary to correct a clerical error.
(b) Review Procedure. The Board, by Rule, shall establish a procedure by which unsuccessful applicants may obtain their written examination materials and request review of their MBE scores.
