RULE 19-714. ACTION BY BAR COUNSEL UPON COMPLETION OF INVESTIGATION
Upon completion of an investigation, Bar Counsel shall:
(a) recommend to the Commission dismissal of the complaint or termination of the proceeding without disciplinary or remedial action, with or without a letter of cautionary advice or a letter of admonition, in accordance with Rule 19-715;
(b) recommend to the Commission approval of a Conditional Diversion Agreement in accordance with Rule 19-716;
(c) recommend to the Commission a reprimand in accordance with Rule 19-717;
(d) recommend to the Commission that the attorney be placed on permanent retired status in accordance with Rule 19-717.1;
(e) file with the Commission a Statement of Charges in accordance with Rule 19-718; or
(f) recommend to the Commission the immediate filing of a Petition for Disciplinary or Remedial Action, with or without collateral remedial proceedings, in accordance with Rules 19-737, 19-738, 19-739, or 19-741.
