§ 5-104. Action on public officer's bond
Currentness
Action filed within five years from date of bond
(a) An action on a public officer's bond shall be filed within five years from the date of the bond.
State able to sue at any time
(b) The State may sue on a public officer's bond, for its own use, at any time.
