§ 8-6B-30. Termination of subtitle
Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act,1 and subject to the termination of this title under § 8-802 of this title, this subtitle and all rules and regulations adopted under this subtitle shall terminate and be of no effect after July 1, 2025.
