§ 9-201. Voting by ballot required for elections

§ 9-201. Voting by ballot required for elections
In general
(a) In any election conducted under this article:
(1) all voting shall be by ballot; and
(2) only votes cast on a ballot may be counted.
Compliance with subtitle required
(b) All ballots shall comply with the provisions of this subtitle.
Other uses for ballots prohibited
(c) A ballot may not be used for any purpose not authorized by this article.
