GUIDELINE 3. STIPULATIONS LIMITING DISCOVERY DEVICES
Currentness
Attorneys are encouraged when practicable to discuss discovery expectations and/or limitations in the following areas:
(a) The number and length of depositions;
(b) The number and scope of requests for production of documents;
(c) The number and scope of requests for the admission of facts or genuineness of documents; and
(d) Whether the parties will seek discovery of electronically stored information (“ESI”).
