§ 18-203. Officers
Currentness
Chairman, vice chairman
(a) From among its members, the Board annually shall elect a chairman and a vice chairman.
Election, duties
(b) The Board shall determine:
(1) The manner of election of officers; and
(2) The duties of each officer.
