§ 8-706. Construction with federal laws
Currentness
A program shall be subject to:
(1) The same accountability mandates of the federal No Child Left Behind Act1 as other public schools in the State; and
(2) The requirements of 20 U.S.C. § 1400, et seq. and § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794.
