§ 10-106. Workers' compensation; accident insurance
Currentness
An applicant for a permit shall provide:
(1) workers' compensation coverage as required by the Maryland Workers' Compensation Act;1 and
(2) for operators not covered by workers' compensation, approved accident insurance coverage in amounts that the State Fire Marshal prescribes.
