RULE 18-303. CHAIR; VICE CHAIR; STAFF
(a) Chair; Vice Chair. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall designate one judicial member as the Chair of the Committee and one judicial member as the Vice Chair. The Vice Chair shall perform the duties of the Chair whenever the Chair is disqualified or otherwise unable to act.
(b) Staff. The Committee shall have staff as the State Court Administrator directs.
