§ 14-203. Officers
Currentness
Chair
(a)(1) The Governor shall appoint the chair of the Board.
(2) The term of office of the chair is 2 years.
Officers other than chair
(b) From among its members, the Board shall elect any officers, other than the chair, that it considers necessary.
Election of officers, terms, and duties
(c) The Board shall determine:
(1) The manner of election of officers;
(2) The term of office of each officer; and
(3) The duties of each officer.
