§ 13-501. Definitions
Currentness
In general
(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
Commissioner
(b) “Commissioner” means the Baltimore City Police Commissioner.
Gaming event
(c) “Gaming event” means a carnival, bazaar, or raffle.
Raffle
(d) “Raffle” means one or more drawings from a single series of chances sold from chance books.
