§ 18-121. Suspensions for disciplinary purposes
In general
(a) The Commission may suspend an employee for disciplinary purposes for up to 30 days.
Without pay
(b) Each suspension shall be without pay.
Restrictions
(c) An employee may not be suspended for disciplinary purposes for more than 30 days in a calendar year.
