RULE 12-805. JOINDER OF ADDITIONAL PARTIES
(3) Testate and Intestate Successors.
If, by affidavit under subsection (b)(2) of this Rule, the plaintiff states that a person is dead, or is believed to be dead, the plaintiff may join as defendants “the testate and intestate successors of |
