RULE 12-811. JUDGMENT
(a) Recording. The prevailing party in an action under this Chapter shall cause the judgment to be recorded in the land records of the counties in which any portion of the property is located.
(b) Indexing. The clerk shall index the judgment in accordance with Code, Real Property Article, § 3-302, with the parties against whom the judgment is entered as grantor, and the party in whose favor the judgment is entered as grantee.
