RULE 11-111. CONTROLLING CONDUCT
(a) Authority. On its own initiative or on application or motion of a party, the court may direct, restrain, or otherwise control the conduct of any person properly before the court in accordance with the provisions of Code, Courts Article, § 3-821 or § 3-8A-26.
(b) Service of Order. Any order under this Rule shall be served on the person to whom it is directed.
(c) Other Remedies. In addition to the remedies provided by section (a) of this Rule, Chapter 200 of Title 15 of these Rules is applicable to juvenile causes, and the sanctions provided in that Chapter may also be imposed.
