RULE 12-403. VENUE
Currentness
(a) Generally. An action seeking partition by sale or partition in kind shall be filed in the court for a county in which all or any part of the subject property is located.
(b) Property Located in More than One County. If the property lies in more than one county, the court where proceedings are first filed has jurisdiction over the entire property.
