§ 11-609. Restrictions on harness racing
Currentness
The Commission may not issue:
(1) licenses to more than 3 racing associations;
(2) a license for use in Carroll, Dorchester, Frederick, Montgomery, or Wicomico County; or
(3) more than 1 license for use in any 1 county.
