RULE 8-432. ENTRY OF ORDER
Currentness
(a) By Court.
(1) Supreme Court. Unless concurrence of two or more justices is required, an order of the Supreme Court may be entered by the Chief Justice, or in the absence of the Chief Justice, by any other justice of the Court.
(2) Appellate Court. Unless concurrence of two or more judges is required, an order of the Appellate Court may be entered by the Chief Judge, or in the absence of the Chief Judge, by any other judge of the Court.
(b) By Clerk--Extensions of Time in the Appellate Court. When authorized by an administrative order of the Appellate Court, the Clerk of that Court may enter an order on behalf of the Court granting a motion to extend the time for filing a record or brief if
(1) the motion is in proper form,
(2) a timely response in opposition to the motion has not been filed or all parties have agreed not to oppose the granting of the motion, and
(3) granting the motion will not require a rescheduling of oral argument.
