601. Arraignments not held at a detention hearing, shall be on the 1st Monday of each month at 1:00 p.m.
Pretrial Conferences and adjudications of status offenses/public offenses shall be held on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m., unless otherwise scheduled.
602. All “Beyond Control” and Truancy Petitions filed with the CDW shall be accompanied by appropriate Affidavits on AOC Form JV-38, JV-38.1, or JV-41 as required by FCRPP 40.
