Rule 6. Arraignments
Currentness
6.01 The Clerk shall assign an arraignment date when an indictment is returned by the Grand Jury.
6.02 After an arraignment, the Court shall assign pretrial and trial dates. The Court shall include those dates in the arraignment order.
