Rule 21 Domestic actions
Rule 21 is abolished due to the implementation of Family Court in the 27th Judicial Circuit. The Local Rules of the 27th Judicial Family Court Division should be referred to for practice in Family Court.
For any case transferred from Family Court to either of the regular judges in Division I or Division II, or for any case to which either of the judges in Division I or Division II have been assigned as special judge, please contact the appropriate judge's office for motion and hearing dales.
