Rule 20. Effective date
These rules are adopted pursuant to the authority granted by Rule 1.040(3) of the Rules of the Supreme Court and they shall apply with full force and effect to all actions filed or pending as of the date of their approval by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, and their promulgation is by order of the Chief Judge of the 53rd Judicial Circuit Courts and certification of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
