Rule 703. Timesharing and visitation
Timesharing and visitation shall always be determined on a case-by-case basis considering the child's best interests pursuant to KRS 403.270 and other applicable law. Possible timesharing schedules include but are not limited to the FCRPP Sample Parenting Time Guidelines (FCRPP Appendix C), or any of the options outlined in the Fayette County Timesharing guidelines attached as Appendix B.
