Rule 2.24 Change of Venue and Other Cases
Currentness
All change of venue cases sent to this circuit shall be assigned by the Chief Circuit Judge. All other cases that are pending or may come before the Court that are not otherwise provided for by these rules shall be equitably assigned between the divisions by the Chief Circuit Judge.
