Currentness
When timely action is required outside the Court's regular business hours,1 or when timely action is required during the Court's regular business hours and the Division II judge is unavailable or otherwise unable to act:
(1) In any action pending before the Court in which there is concurrent jurisdiction with circuit court, any judge of the 38th Judicial Circuit may preside over said action and make any necessary orders or judgments; and
(2) In any action pending before the Court in which there is concurrent jurisdiction with district court, any judge of the 38th Judicial District may preside over said action and make any necessary orders or judgments.
