LRP 17. Petitioner to notify court of final hearing date in adoption
In order to allow the Court sufficient time to review the court file in advance of a final adoption hearing, at least 21 days prior to the hearing, the petitioner shall contact the Court in writing and advise the Court of the tentative hearing date.1 Failure to timely advise the Court of the tentative hearing date in writing may result in continuance of the hearing.
