Currentness
Except for good cause shown, hearings on regular motion days are limited to 20 minutes per action. If the parties anticipate that a hearing on a regular motion day may not be completed in 20 minutes or less, the parties may contact Court personnel to obtain a separate hearing date or may request a separate hearing date from the Court during the motion day. Court personnel may be contacted by telephone at (270) 298-3433.
