Rule 4. Domestic/interpersonal violence proceedings
All domestic and interpersonal violence petitions are subject to the special provisions for twenty-four (24) hour accessibility for Emergency Protective Orders. The First District/Circuit Domestic Violence Protocol is attached to these Local Rules as Appendix A.
