Rule 10. Settlement of cases
Currentness
10.1. Parties shall notify the Court and the Circuit Clerk prior to 3:00 P.M. EST on the day before the case is scheduled for trial if they settle a case, so jurors will not be summoned.
10.2. At the request of a party, the Court may schedule a settlement conference.
