Rule 6. Mediation--Civil Matters
6.1. Mediations shall be conducted in accordance with CR 99 and 100.
6.2. The parties shall agree on the time and place of mediation. The parties shall agree upon selection of a mediator and upon its costs. If the parties are unable to agree, the Court shall appoint a mediator pursuant to CR 99.05. Payment of costs shall be determined in accordance with CR 99.06.
6.3. Mediation in civil matters shall be considered settlement negotiations for the purpose of KRE 408.
