JURY TRIALS-- | One week per month will be designated for jury trials, scheduled at the discretion of the court. | |
Jail dockets will be conducted during these trial weeks. However, nothing else is to be set without prior authorization by the court. In the event a matter is inadvertently set for that day, the Clerk is to send a notice re-setting the case. |
