Rule 702 Child support
Currentness
Child support shall be determined pursuant to the support guidelines established in KRS 403.212. A Child Support Worksheet may be used in determining said amount. Temporary child support motions may be filed and scheduled for hearing in accordance with the FCRPP 9 or filed for determination by the Court without hearing pursuant to KRS 403.160 (2) (b). It shall be the responsibility of counsel for the recipient of the child to draft, file and mail the wage withholding utilizing the AOC Form 152 and the OMB-09 70-0154 if filed by a private party or the CS-89 if filed by the state child support agency, in compliance with FCRPP 9.
