11.01. Proceedings.
Detention Hearings and any other emergency matters that arise between regular Juvenile days will be heard on any weekday as set by the presiding Judge, within the statutory parameters. Judges reserve the right to assign a special adjudication date for a case on any given day.
11.02. Filing Deadlines.
All matters for Juvenile Court shall be filed one week in advance of the juvenile docket, unless good cause is shown and advance permission from the judge is given.
