Rule 8. Uniform protocol domestic violence cases
Pursuant to KRS 403.735(3), the Woodford, Bourbon, and Scott District Court and the Woodford, Bourbon, and Scott Family Court hereby set out the procedures for twenty-four (24) accessibility to Emergency Protective Orders (EPOs) and Domestic Violence Orders (DVOs). A current copy of the Woodford, Bourbon, and Scott Domestic Violence Protocol are appended hereto and adopted as though fully set out herein.
