Rule 1. Effective Date
Currentness
1.1. Any rules of practice heretofore adopted by this court shall be repealed and the following rules shall take effect and be in force upon approval of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Kentucky.
1.2. Any amendment, deletions from and additions to these rules shall take effect thirty days after they have been approved by the Chief Justice.
