AP XVIII Application of the Code of Professional Responsibility for the Sworn Proceedings of Interpreters 1
This code shall serve as a guide and shall be binding on all persons who deliver language access services to the Kentucky Court of Justice as sworn proceedings interpreters as defined by the Kentucky Court of Justice Language Access Plan and Procedures (AP Part IX).
