Editors' Notes

SUPREME COURT COMMENTARY
1962:
The Code contained no special provisions as to execution of warrant on indictment but did contain a special provision as to execution of a summons. RCr 6.56 broadens this provision to include the warrant, and process on information as well as indictment, and to make it clear that general process provisions apply to process on indictment and information.
